Jethro will identify your silver items, distinguishing them from those that are silver electroplated or Sheffield plated.
If you have items of silver that are likely to be of interest to collectors or investors, it may be that selling by auction will be the route recommended by Jethro, and we will gladly undertake all arrangements for this to happen. Alternatively, you may wish to accept his offer to purchase. If your silver items do not fall into this category, they will likely have a value that is more in line with the ongoing price of silver, in which case we do not recommend selling by auction.
