Jethro came to my home to value some jewellery after contacting him by email. It was very easy, comfortable and accurate and he clearly has integrity. It was lovely to have some background too with the pieces. He clearly is very knowledgable in his field and you can trust that you are being given a fair price too. Jethro has just made the most beautiful ring for my daughter's 21st.  I wanted him to use a diamond left over from a previous ring he had adapted for me (also beautiful!) and so the three of us met to discuss the sort of design that would work for Charlotte.  She and I both wanted something symbolic of our strong parent/daughter bond. Jethro totally understood what we were after and came up with some lovely ideas. I would highly recommend Mr Marles for both appraising, selling and repairing jewellery. We required an updated valuation on several items for our insurance, had several items of jewellery and silver to sell and had one item that needed repair. Mr Marles gave us the updated valuation quickly, gave us a good price with immediate payment for the items we sold him and repaired the damaged item that no one else would even consider.
